Changed your mind?
You can return any unwanted physical product within 14 days of delivery being made for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and suitable for resale.
Downloadable software is not eligible for return under this policy.
There are certain additional situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale items
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Faulty or Damaged?
We take pride in supplying quality hardware and software products and back this up by offering a 1 year grantee on the majority of our products.
If you experience a fault with a product, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify this as quickly as possible.
If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item. Claims for damaged products may not be accepted after this period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this refund to appear.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Faulty / Damaged Items
Please contact us to arrange the return of items that are faulty, or which were damaged in-transit. We will arrange a suitable courier service to return your item to us.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, for example where you have simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping to return your item.
Please contact us to notify us of your return and we will provide full details on how to return your item.
Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in-transit.
