DNS9.5: Still testing on a new pc, crashes when I switch on the microphone/Error: Unable to make room in voc (2) 0x00000004

Hello all,
since weeks the same nasty problem. DNS is started (with Vocola/Natlink, used the
new installer, but even when disabled the same problem) and after pressing the
NUM+ seconds later DNS is gone. It seems to be always the same problem, see the
following log-excerpt:

First thing to do, I would think, is to disable Vocola/UniMacro to make sure the problem is not inherent in your DNS installation. If that's OK, then clearly its some sort of problem with the add-on scripting tool, but I can't help at that point.

Udo mentions he has disabled natlink. In the past installation problems never seemed to be caused by natlink, certainly not if it is disabled.
Udo, try to disable other programs that are automatically started at login time, virus scanner, pause software...

now I have the same problem with DNS9.1 on my old PC.
Additionally strange is that the optimization doesn't work with my current profile (error message). So I used my last working one, but after some days now this strange problem.
Compared to 9.5 some more lines in the log-file, which may be a result of an add-on tool I'm using (dns.comfort) on my old PC:
